Yes you can still apply for the PMM system from

With the PMM system we provide you with your own website plus all the marketing material you will need to advertise your website in order to generate your own leads.

Some of our customers however prefer to have just a website which is why we have now set up www.propertyinvestorwebsites.com

The standard setup fee for a website is £300 plus VAT then the ongoing monthly charge ranges from £20 per month to £197 per month depending on the package you go for. You can get more info on the different packages available by clicking on the 'Packages' link from the website above.

For a slightly higher price we also offer custom-made websites, so instead of selecting a template to use you can contact our web manager with your ideas and he will send you a quote for a customised website to suit your needs.

If you decided to join the PMM system you will also have the same website options - i.e. either a template based website or a custom website, along with your choice of package (economy, deluxe or premium) so you dont have to do both
